There comes a moment in life when everything becomes quiet.
The roles begin to shift.
The expectations no longer fit.
The identity you carried begins to feel unfamiliar.
This is where Doing Life Today and Doing Love Every Day begins.
There was a time in my life when I found myself asking a question, I did not yet have the courage to answer. Not because the answer was not available…but because I had not yet become honest enough to receive it. I reached a moment in my life where I could no longer pretend.
The patterns were repeating. The feelings were familiar.
And the question became unavoidable…Who am I … really?
What I began to realize is that my life was not falling apart…It was revealing itself to me.
The confusion I felt…made me physically, mentally, emotionally and financially ill.
The discomfort I tried to avoid…I was responsible for my view of self and the life I lived.
The questions I kept pushing away…Who the Heck Am I? What Will I Do to CHANGE?
They were not problems. They were invitations.
The Doing Life Today philosophy reminds us that transformation happens one intentional step at a time. When a woman renews her thinking, restores her spirit, and revives her purpose, life begins to change.
What is now part of the Doing Life Today journey…is a process deemed the Self-Assessment which is Sacred.
It is the space where we begin asking honest questions…and allow ourselves to receive honest answers. There comes a moment when we must pause…not to escape life…but to meet ourselves within it.
Ask yourself:
What part of my life is asking to be renewed?
Who am I beneath what I have been told… taught… or expected to be?
This is your beginning…And when you are ready…there is a space here for you to continue.
